Mr. Huyen has been recognized as the eldest cyclo rider in Hue city. He may be the oldest cyclo rider in Vietnam.
At the age of 98, Mr. Huyen often starts his day at 5am. He has been a cyclo rider for 68 years.
He carries everything by his cyclo to earn money.
Doing this job for a half a century, Mr. Huan has many colleagues.
His only son left home for Saigon over 30 years ago.
They have lost connection since then.
Mr. Huyen and his wife are living off the old cyclo.
His wife, Mrs. Tran Thi Lac, 86.
Mr. Huyen said the cyclo is his “second wife”.
